At AMERICANA, we want you to enjoy your Western gear as soon as possible. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping: 2–5 business days. International Shipping: 5–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount (see current promotions on our website).
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your AMERICANA purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns
You may return unused and unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging. To start a return, contact our customer support at howdy@americana.sk with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item (for example, a different size or color), please contact us before returning the product to confirm availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
